Shipping & Delivery Policy

How RayoRise ships custom tracksuit orders internationally — costs, delivery options, customs duties, and shipment issues.

1. Where We Ship

RayoRise ships internationally, including to the US, UK, and Europe. Any destination exclusions will be confirmed with your quote.

2. How Shipping Cost Is Calculated

Shipping is charged separately after production because it depends on finished parcel weight, dimensions, destination, service tier, and insurance.

3. Shipping Service Options

Express, Standard, and Economy options are offered where available. Carriers and transit-day ranges are confirmed before dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges in the destination country.

5. Timelines

Sampling generally takes 7–10 days and bulk production 3–5 weeks after sample sign-off. Delivery time depends on the selected shipping service.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Contact RayoRise promptly with photographs or video evidence. Carrier resolution depends on the selected service and insurance, and we will work with you toward a fair outcome.

7. Order Tracking

Tracking details are supplied once your order has been dispatched, subject to the carrier used.
