Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions governing orders, payment, shipping, and cancellations for RayoRise private-label and OEM tracksuit manufacturing services.
1. Introduction
These Terms apply to orders placed with RayoRise Ltd, a UK-registered company. The registered office address is pending company formation. RayoRise manufactures garments at its production facility in Sialkot, Pakistan.
2. Quotations & Orders
Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, and customisation details supplied at the time. An order is accepted only after the quote, specifications, and payment terms are confirmed in writing.
3. Payment Terms
Custom samples: 70% upfront and 30% before shipping. Bulk production: 100% upfront. Shipping is invoiced separately after production. Available payment methods and quoted currency will be confirmed before payment.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Because products are custom made, work already completed, materials ordered, and sample-development costs may not be refundable. Contact RayoRise promptly if you need to request a cancellation.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is charged separately and handled under the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless confirmed in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or are authorised to use all artwork, trademarks, logos, and specifications you supply. RayoRise will use them only to fulfil your order.
7. Sample Approval Before Production
Bulk production begins only after you approve the sample. Approval confirms the agreed fit, fabric, construction, and branding specification.
8. Limitation of Liability
RayoRise’s liability is limited to the value of the affected order, except where law does not allow a limitation.
9. Amendments
RayoRise may amend these terms. The version in force when your order is accepted applies to that order.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
